long day doing portable... my partner was MariaFe today... she said that we haf broke record.. coz in all her 6 yrs working in TTSH.. she has nvr been this busy..... haha.. shag man.. my wrists and legs are aching.. sob.. tmr another portable xray day!! sob..
met up wif Lisa after work.... we had a good chat n shop abit... it's nice to hang around wif her!! hehe.. we haf lotsa things to talk about. heh.. even though there was an extra 3rd party around. muahaha.. enjoyed that short 1hr plus.. =)
met up wif dear n others to celebrate Alvin's bday.. a simple celebration.. hehe.. went to newly renovated Marina Square to eat.. hey, that place changed alot.. seems like a good place to shop now! gonna go down there sometime again! anyway we dine at CA (changing appetites).. i haf been there b4 wif huimin.. and i rem it was quite nice leh.. but today the food seems alrite only.. maybe coz we didnt visit the main outlet. heh..... i not quite sure why.. or is it coz good things will nvr taste the same as the 1st time? oh well.. here are the pics..

there are many reasons why i dun like to dine at TTSH food court...
firstly, the food is not every nice.... some times it'll taste good but sometimes they're off-form... the food becomes overcooked or not cooked..
den, the price is too high~ way too high for a hospital. how are poor workers like us and patients gonna afford it?....... i mean.. we can.. but the amount they serve u on the plate is definitely not worth the price.. with the 4 or 5 bucks.. u can get better food outside!
and also when we eat at the food court wif our uniforms on............... those ppl who are not staff always expect us to give way or let them go first.. juz becoz we haf to be compassionate.. maybe giving up seats yesh la.. but some of them will juz cut your queue when u buy food leh.. so irritating.... and we cant do anything bout it..
was queueing up at the drinks stall this evening.... for very long.. becoz the workers were very slow.... nvm.. when it's gonna be my turn.. a lady juz cut in n ordered.. right in front of me.. argh.. i kept quiet.. fortunately, the drink stall aunty lemme go 1st.. i think that's very fair.. heh..
i really dont like the food court..
here's me n my fav radiographer... hehe.. we both came from SJC.. perhaps that's why we can clique so well.. =)

had a good day sleeping at home today.. got home around 9am.. drop dead on the bed till 8pm! shiok.. u haf no idea how shag i was!! if mum didnt insist that i wake up for my dinner.. i think i'll still be sleeping now.. we were busy even at WEE hours... blame those irresponsible drink-and-drive motorcyclists, cyclists n drivers. but most of them are motorcyclists... they got their head injured.. and come in all so bloody... disgusting sight.. and they are all very young... in their early twenties.. some of them self-skidded.. some knock into stationary vehicle.. according to the report that's attached to them... haha... dear fellow readers n friends.. if u drive.. DONT DRINK! if u hafta drink.. DONT DRIVE! it'll disturb our rest!! haha.. no la.. but u'll bring inconvenience to others and it can be really dangerous.. dont try.. and dont act tough.. it's life n death u are talking about!! riding a motorcycle is not advisable, although it's cheap.. but to me.. it's a big NO-NO! haa... nuff said. juz be safe where ever u go~ hehe..
yest was SIM open house.. didnt manage to go.. coz hl insisted that i need my rest.. and i agree wif him too.. haha..... that little bit of energy i haf is not enuff to last me thru the nite.. my future is still a question mark... haha.. application closes 30 sept.. i did call them up, asked if they'll accept me becoz i m reaching 21 in 2006.. they said it's not impossible.. juz ask me to try.. application fee is 52.50.. very expensive k! compare to NUS n NTU!.. haha.. for the sake of my future.. i think it's worth a try.. afterall biomed eng is something i m interested in.. and dragging it for another yr might make me lose the mood to study.. haha.. not wise eh.. heh... alrite going for it! wish me luck! heh!..
it's my day off tmr.. i wonder wat till i be doing.. heh...

saw a lady carrying a very cool MP3 few days back.. the design is new.. not many are carrying it.. and it caught my attention.. was peeping at it.. when the lady is beside me.. looks like a Creative Zen.. but NICER OK! no weird blue border lines.. has 5GB of storage.. but no radio.. i guess it's ok for me not to haf the radio.. heh.. tempted.. gonna check out the stores for the price soon. heh. =X

yup.. nite shift tmr.. thot it'll be a boring nite.. but no!! no longer! becoz Janice and Charlyn will be joining me for the nite!! they are under training.. yay.. means i'll haf company. heh.. shiok.. den i wont be so sian.
was watching JueDui Superstar juz now.. although it seems like a KTV session to me at times.. it's quite exciting eh.. coz gonna choose one guy n a girl to compete against each other for the Superstar title.. winners were Kelly n Kelvin(weilian)...... Junyang LOST!! oh man~ i think he's good leh... why why why... if he win.. i think he might be able to make it far.. but oh well.. last round... Kelly VS Kelvin~ Kelly will win rite? rite? hmm.. i hope so..

been watching this korean drama on channel U.. Tian Guo De Jie Ti.. (ladder to the heaven) haha.... super sad... the main female lead in the show is very poor thing... his mum passed away.. dad remarried... stepmum together wif stepsis n stepbro move in to stay wif them... she was ill-treated.. her stepsis n stepbro bully her... snatches her bf.. stepmum often slap her..and lock her up... series of torturing... to think, HER DAD ACTUALLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT! and she couldnt be wif the guy she loves.. so sad rite.. maybe i m soft hearted or something.. but this is the saddest drama i haf ever seen... (i think... couldnt recall any other sadder than this.) watching this drama series can really spoil my mood.. really! argh.. i keep telling myself not to watch but it's so sad and so touching.. that i cant help it..
yup it's the time of the month again... i had dinner all nicely planned.. michelle knew about it too.. happy to see her.. heh.. everything went on quite smoothly.. except on the gift... sorry baby.. i m so lousy.. haiz.. hope u enjoyed yourself ya? the food n all.. =)
got my new schedule for next two weeks... two shag weeks.. coz i work non-stop!! i realised there's no off day.. all the way until 4 sept.. madness!!! yawnzz..

after 2 weeks of slogging my life at Ultrasound.. i m now happily enjoying my one day holiday.... although work really suck.. but i am lucky to haf funny colleagues wif me this two weeks.. we had to deal wif those pms radiographers and nasty doctors.. who nvr fail to make things difficult for us. and a long list of patients on the waiting list.... it's all over! yay..
here's the 3 girls who stayed together during the 'hard times'... -me-Juminah-matet- haha..
yesterday was the last day of Carnival@Marina.... me n hl decided to drop by n look at the fireworks.. together we met up wif Jiawei yihui and charmaine.. hehe.. reached there about 7pm..... we were hungry so we went to the food village... quite deserted i would say... most of the stalls were empty... we wonder why.. is it becoz it's the last day thus they wan to take a break? or is it that they didnt haf enuff supplies to last till yest? but it's quite sad to see so many stalls closed.. nothing much to see leh..... =( those stalls which are open had very little supplies left... their stall looks rather sad too.. we didnt manage to get any food from there.. so we went get ourselves seated near the stage.... where the Concert By the Bay is held.. not really near.. but there were seats there...... haha. (hmm..)
around 8pm the fireworks started. WOW! stunning.. spectacular.. beautiful... dazzling.. yeah... it lasted a long 20mins! unfortunately we werent at the place where they fire the fireworks.. cant really see the shorter ones... trees were blocking.. sob.. nvm.. but it's good enuff... I love Fireworks!!! heh..

SCENE 1
Radiographer asked loudly: Why u haven put patient into the room for me to scan?!?!
ME: Err..... (coz i thot u wanted to do so?)
Radiographer shouted: next time u put them in whenever i finish scanning one. GET IT?!
(infront of other patients)
**the day b4 she was telling me she would bring patients into the room herself. but now she's blaming me for not doing my job.. 'just wat do u want from me HUH?'
SCENE 2
** was walking from the General office back to my work place.. where the patients and rooms are.
Radiographer shouted: WHY DIDNT U PUT UP ANOTHER CASE INTO ROOM 10?
** -puzzled- i looked into Room10.. bed empty.. it took me few seconds to understand wat she's talking about.. -annoyed- wth..
ME said loudly: I JUZ CAME BACK FROM THE OFFICE AND DIDNT SEE WAT HAPPENED JUZ NOW.
** den we both walked away in separate directions..
SCENE 3
** phone rang. i answered.. was talking to staff nurse from the ward. she was asking me somethings i didnt understand.. so i asked her to elaborate.... and of coz i look abit blur coz i didnt know wat she was trying to explain.
Radiographer: (Stretches hand to get the phone from me. Listen for awhile and said loudly............) 'u called the wrong number. and blah blah blah...'
Radiographer to me: HEY! NEXT TIME WHEN U RECEIVE THIS KINDA CALL. DONT ASK ME TO ANSWER. IT'S WASTING MY TIME N WASTING THE NURSE'S TIME.
ME: (walked away.. WTH..)
** hello, old maid.. u got the phone from me.. i didnt insist that u take that call..
** radiographer came after me into the room n repeat the same sentence.. but a softer n much gentle version..
** thank YOU very much.. i'll appreciate if u can be a little less worked up..
haiz.. had a bad day at work.. with PMS women.. juz cant understand them.. and no one will..
and no matter wat U SHOULDNT SHOUT AT ME! for some stupid reasons.. I HATE THAT!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
